Getting Started
ARF
- Connect either a PPM or SBUS receiver using the supplied 3 wire cable (white, red, and black). Black is ground, red is +, and white is signal.
- For PPM, Dipswitch A, Switch 1 OFF and Switch 2 ON | For SBUS, Dipswitch A, Switch 1 ON and Switch 2 OFF
- Connect a usb cable and bind transmitter and receiver
- #Update firmware
- Configuration tab - turn on LED strip
- Configuration tab - turn on Blackbox
- Modes - Configure switches on your Tx to activate modes on the Naze (Rate mode or Manual mode is defaulted if Angle and Horizon are NOT selected)

PIDS
PIDS are highly dependent on flight setup, which includes props, battery size, externally mounted camera, etc. and also when new firmware versions are released. With each component change, the values in gyro filters and/or other features will be needed to tune again. The user postings of PIDS is to provide an approximate value covering a specific flight setup, so that pilots can tune further from there.

Troubleshooting
Flash recovery | DFU mode
To recover from a bad flash or to recover from accidentally disabling MSP Data on UART1
Cleanflight
- Go to Firmware flasher
- Turn on No reboot sequence, Flash on connect, and Full chip erase
- Select Naze firmware
Quad
- Short BOOT0 to 3.3V (3.3V is the V between G V K D). On standalone NAZE32 boards, there are BOOT pads/pins/buttons, but this allinone board does not have these pads. We have to get to BOOT0 off of the STM32 chip. See attached photo, 5th pin from the right.
- Connect Battery (this will put the board into DFU mode. No green red LEDs/nor any beeps will be seen/heard. Only a solid blue LED will turn on)
- Connect USB
- Disconnect battery
- Reconnect battery
- Firmware will flash and a message Programming successful will display on Cleanflight
